A practical commitment to better work, stronger performance and fairer opportunity. Easy to join. Clear about what it means. Strong enough to matter.
Signing is a commitment to act, learn and review progress. It is not an accreditation or a claim of perfection.
We will listen, remove avoidable barriers, make support easier to access, equip managers to act and hold ourselves accountable for progress.
The Charter gives organisations an accessible way to begin or strengthen their approach to neuroinclusion. Every organisation starts from a different place. Every signatory commits to turn good intent into visible, accountable action, applied proportionately to its size, context, workforce and responsibilities.
Joining should be simple. Keeping the commitment meaningful requires one small activation step and one light annual review. The Charter does not require every request to be approved or every difficulty to be removed. It requires fair consideration, better-informed decisions and action on avoidable barriers.
Every signatory chooses at least one achievable action for its first 12 months. The action must be relevant, owned and capable of being reviewed. Organisations may select another action that advances one or more Charter commitments - purchasing a Neuro NEDs service is not a condition of signing.
The Charter uses simple participation statuses. They are not awards or maturity ratings.
Both are free, self-contained and yours to keep - read them before you sign, or use them without signing anything at all.
The five commitments, how activation and review work, and what signing does and does not mean - as a short document you can save, print or send to a colleague.

The Charter is an applied Neuro NEDs framework informed by evidence, lived experience and organisational practice. It is designed to promote credible progress without creating an unnecessary reporting burden.
